Ati Dtv Wonder Driver For Mac

I just got my Ati Wonder today and installed everything flawlessly. No problems with installation.

Then I go click on Tv and it looks like it's ok but a screen pops up telling me that Direct X 9 hasn't been properly installed and it can't find Ati's WDM drivers. I have installed, un-installed, re-installed all the drivers, direct x 9.0c, and WDM drivers for the Radeon 9800 Pro card and the HDTV Tuner. I have also searched all over the web and couldn't find anyone with the same problems. I hope someone here can help.

I'm trying to surprise someone with this but it doesn't look like I will have it ready when they come home. Everything else seems to work.

The multimedia center only has problems displaying tv but nothing else. Anyone have any ideas?Oh, I have gone through Ati's website for support on this thing but can't find any. I keep ending up at dead ends everytime.

All I want is a stinking email address but no luck. I just got my card off autocrat and I too have X800Pro and going through the same bs. I have found that if you fully set up the analog tuner the digital one will not work without getting awarning that the graphics chip isnt a radeon when it shows primary and secondary as being a radeon X800PRO.

If you uninstall everything and fully install the digital tuner then the analog one gives you the warning. Thought about buying this card when it came out but reviews were less then spectaular as it still had lots of problems.try all 128 of funboys suggestions then hop up and down on one leg twirl around and say the magic words.but seriously wouldn't it be nice if they released things when they were actually ready for the real world?? As end users we constantly experience this.

And then are thrilled to death when an install actually goes as expected.One of my personal favorites is when I tried to install drivers from cd for a lexmark all in one printer. They are made in china but the default install language was spanish for some reason. So with my 7th grade spanish skills( from 30 years ago) I uninstalled it navigated my way through the spanish menu and reinstalled in english. Which would of been funny in itself but of course the uninstall program didn't work either so I had to go to lexmarks site and get the lexmark clean utility to clean up the mess lexmarks uninstall left behind.:thumbsup.

I'm using the HDTV Wonder in both ATI's MMC and MCE 2005, and find it quite nice.
