Fallout New Vegas Rideable Horse Mod
I've spent many afternoons getting my set-up balanced, stable and just to my tastes. Like you, lore-friendly is a must for me.As people above state, UI mods, NVSE, MCM, 4GB, Enhanced Camera and Stutter Remover are no-brainers to install before any game-affecting mods. The 4GB is now in the form of a patch to the FNV executable, recently updated and is much easier to use than the standard 4GB Loader - the patch instead is a one time run of an.exe, available on Nexus. Simplifies ENB shader use, Steam overlay and boots up NVSE automatically when you run FNV.SUGGESTED MODS:. NMC Textures - almost a default mod to sharpen most textures. UHQ Terrain - better roads and trails.
New Vegas bounties (parts 1, 2, & 3) is a 10/10 quest mod. 1 point 12 months ago. 4 points 12 months ago. Project Nevada is a popular mainstay, and for good reason. When coupled with Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) You can customize most of the mods immersive features, along with being able to custom tailor all kinds of player stats, loot. I was very disappointed when I found out New Vegas would not have horses and when I saw rideable creatures for fallout 3 I thought it was a great mod. I spoke with Illyism and he generously gave me permission to port it to New Vegas. Illyism's mod contained a;. Brahmin. Yao Guai. Ant Soldier. Centaur. Ant Queen. Deathclaw.
Textures over Time - makes the sandstone and concrete look life-like. Realistic Wasteland Lighting - makes the outdoors look varied and much better than vanilla.
I've tried loads of weather/ext. Light mods; RWL is easily my preferred. ENB shader compatible. Fallout Character Overhaul - better textures on faces. Interior Lighting Overhaul - makes the interiors more realistically lit, with some real dark spots - gives the pip-boy light a purpose!!.
EVE - energy weapons effects etc vastly improved - audio/visual delight. Someguy Series (NV Bounties I & NV Bounties II) - great lore-fitting quest mod.
Dell sk 3205 driver for mac. Terrific voice acting. Favourite quest mods by a mile. New Bison Steve Hotel - makes a great lore-friendly set of quests to rebuild the BSH, really weel done. My only gripes are that it can make your character overpowered with items, as well as providing a player home early on in the game.
JSawyer Ultimate - Takes the 'director's cut' JSawyer mod (from one of the game devs), and scripts it for easy install/compatibility etc. Makes the game harder with more emphasis on survival due to rarer items, less Godly player stats, levelled experience gains, reduced level cap, more realistic barter etc. Gun Runner's Arsenal Merged - stops the annoying item differentiation between vanilla weapons and (GRA) ones.

More Perks - some new, great perks with real imagination put into them. Largely in-keeping with FO lore, borrowing from FO1/FO2 perks in some cases. Delay DLC - stops those annoying messages popping up at the beginning, and prevents you starting the DLC's (no undiscovered map markers) until you actually reach the trigger locations. Cover Based Stealth Mechanics - allows some great adjustments to stealth for more realism. Can make some parts of the game very difficult though. Diversified Mojave Wasteland - allows greater variety in NPC enemy costumes, some are a bit comical (occasional gun-toting badasses wearing bonnets!), but adds to the feeling that inhabitants are scrounging whatever they can to surviveVarious furniture/items/clutter enhanced texture mods can be employed as you require.I am not a fan of Project Nevada. Some scripting issues, as well as the 'Rebalance' module causing me gradual fps lag over time.A World of Pain is impressive, and ambitious, but a lot of glitches with this and the endless compatibility patches/problems did my head in.Ojo Bueno textures up the ante over NMC, looking amazing, but you need a powerful rig to run a game at 60fps with OB medium/high res versions.Monster Mod has some good changes (spawn settings, varied monster textures), but is lore-breaking as hell.
Similarly, Electro City - adds external lighting infrastructure throughout the wasteland - looks great but destroys the sense of a classic FO post-apocalyptic survival.Hope that helps!
