its a very small software that simply wipes the phone and cause it to have an error 507 (reload OS). Then just use the usual apploader.exe to reinstall the OS. ALl data will be wiped with this.

Though it does not affect the sd card.If you already did that, then i'm not sure what could be the cause already. The screen you are seeing seems related to BIS? Did you go through that screen?Or, do you have any other versions of 7.1 for 9360 loaded on your computer? You can check by going into (C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionSharedLoader Files). If there is, run the non- all language version's exe again and choose to uninstall, until there is only the all language version left.Or, if still not the case. Uninstall all the 7.1 OS on your computer and try another one.

For example,. This is the 7.1.0.336 from vodafone new zealand, and is the asia version. Perhaps you can give that a try.erm. Thats all i can think of for now.
